Your experience begins from the moment you click on the buy button. From that moment on, you will be thrown into our world and receive all the information you need to prepare for your departure.

Once you arrive at your destination our Tribe Lead will welcome you to the Harbour, our home, a place that stimulates creativity, the safe haven where you can truly be yourself.

Here you will spend your days working on your projects, and in your free moments you will have the opportunity to do amazing activities.

A Harbour is not a vacation but is to be considered as a continuum of your life. It will be the perfect mix we have created that will help you discover a new way of living and working that will allow you to grow as a person and as a professional.

The weekends, on the other hand, will be days of pure leisure: we will explore fantastic places, play sports, and experience and share moments that you will carry with you forever. 

You only have to worry about enjoying everything to the fullest, our Tribe lead will take care of the rest.

one step away from the Caribbean of Salento

This Harbour is the perfect place to be able to smartwork and spend your breaks surrounded by nature, in the clean, Mediterranean scented air. 

A perfect villa for the exclusive use of our clients that offers all the comforts to be able to work in serenity with other digital professionals: Wifi, large indoor and outdoor coworking space with a direct view of the pool, a spacious open living area, outdoor shower, fully equipped kitchen, and much more. 

The house is only 2 km from crystal clear sea, white beaches, lush Mediterranean dunes and the flamingos of the Saline dei Monaci Nature Reserve among cactus, agave and caper plants! 

It's called Salento, a wonderful place characterized by a silvery sandy shoreline, picturesque nooks and crannies to get lost in, but not only that, this place also seduces everyone crazy about Salento's taste specialties. 

You just have to leave with us for "Salentu: lu sule, lu mare, lu ientu"!

what you need to know

In our experiences the Tribe Lead plays a key role. It is the secret ingredient that allows our elixir of long life to be so powerful.

The Tribe Lead is both part of the group as a guide and the voice of the internal Creative Harbour Team when it comes to holding the reins of the experience and making sure CH's values are shared with all of you.

This is the person who will support you in the pre-departure phase (onboarding) and during the experience. He/she will answer your doubts, organize the various on-site activities and handle unforeseen events allowing the machine to run smoothly.

In short, the coordinator is the cornerstone of the experience; he or she will be your support at all the various stages.

At the beginning of the experience all participants will pay their share of the common fund. A treasurer will be appointed who will keep the entire amount and mark each expense incurred each time by keeping receipts.

On average the common fund fee is around 150-170€ per week. Of course it depends a lot on what you decide to do with the group, if you decide to eat caviar every night it will definitely be higher.

All experiences must reach the minimum gate of participants before they are confirmed.
Until that time, the trip is in completion, so one must wait for confirmation in order to purchase flights.


Block your place with 100€, if the experience is not confirmed you will have two options:

  • you will be able to receive a voucher worth the down payment (100€) to use for another experience
  • or you can request a full refund of the down payment.

Normally trips are confirmed, at worst, 30 days before departure.

Upon confirmation, a Whatsapp group will be created in which all participants and the Tibe Lead will be entered.
