Activities are organized outside working hours and on weekends. If someone has different schedules and would like to do activities during working hours as well, they will be arranged without any problem.
One of our founding principles is freedom.
That said, no one is obligated to do anything; the activities are extra for that very reason.
If someone does not want to participate in some activities they will arrange accordingly according to their needs. The Tribe Lead is available to find options for this.

The service car is the vehicle(s) that will be available to the group for travel.
It can be driven only by the Tribe Lead or on special occasions by designated drivers.

A common shopping list will be made and everyone can include what their diet or eating regimen provides.
The Tribe Lead in any case will ensure that everyone's needs are followed.
However, remember to let us know at the time of booking if you have any intolerances, allergies or special needs. You will still be able to communicate this directly to the Tribe Lead and your companions when the whatsapp group is created before departure.
All of our Harbors have a connection that allows all participants to work at their best no matter what work they have to do.
Certainly each facility offers reserved spaces where calls can be held.
Even in rooms there are often desks, and by organizing with roommates they can be used to conduct calls.
There are no personal workstations. The principle of sharing also applies to workstations. So in the case of special needs, communication with other participants becomes essential.
All facilities offer outlets and extension cords near the workstations so you can connect your devices to the power. In countries where outlets are different you will be notified in advance and adapters will be provided.
No the flight is not included.
The reason we chose not to include the flight in the experience is because we believe that everyone should be free to handle the before and after experience as they prefer, giving precisely the option of arriving earlier or staying longer at the location. (Again because one of our core values is freedom).
Airfare can be purchased after the experience is confirmed.
This will happen after reaching the minimum number of participants needed to activate the experience.
The nearest or most convenient airport for reaching the location will be communicated on the destination page.
The first day of the experience is when you have to arrive at the facility (independently, although we will help you by providing all the useful transfer info), so flights must be taken to arrive within that day.
This is information we cannot provide. However, once the trip is confirmed and the whatsapp group is created, you can ask your fellow travelers directly to arrange to fly together.
The experiences have a fixed duration because they are designed to activate certain dynamics for the participant and in the group.
A shorter period of stay can be considered upon request, but this option can be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. So in case you can't stay for the full duration but still want to participate, don't hesitate to contact us, we will be happy to help you.

Each facility has different accommodations. On average, rooms have 2 to 3 beds and certainly never more than 4.
Most facilities have a private room option, and the accommodation with its price will be on the destination page.
If the option is not present, we recommend that you ask about it anyway, you never know you might be able to solve it 😉
Each facility has different availability for what concerns bathrooms.
As with the rooms, bathrooms are shared. They will always be divided men and women and will always be related to the number of people.
The minimum number of bathrooms available is 3-4.
Cleaning will be done once a week at mid-experience.
Keep in mind, however, that since it is a shared space, it will be a good care of everyone, in respect of everyone, to clean and keep the spaces used tidy, the bare minimum in order to ensure the best experience for one's fellow travelers.

We provide a medical baggage coverage policy for each participant.
You will receive the insurance terms and conditions a few days before departure via email.
All this information will be provided by the Tribe Lead on the Whatsapp group that will be created before leaving.

Participants of the experience are listed on the site page. As soon as the trip is confirmed a Whatsapp group will be created where all participants will be placed and there you can start getting to know each other.
As soon as the trip is confirmed, a Whatsapp group will be created in which all participants will be included. There you will be able to compare notes on the various departures.
If departures and arrivals are common among several participants, you can split the cost of transfers to and from the facility as you see fit
Transfers to and from the facility are not included. This is always because we want to allow each person the freedom to arrive at the facility as they prefer.
On the other hand, the Tribe Lead will give you as much support as possible in figuring out how you can reach the facility by providing the various options.
The minimum number of participants changes from experience to experience. The Tribe Lead will create the Whatsapp group with all participants when the minimum is reached. From that moment the experience is confirmed.
Any job is suitable for this experience. Of course, the prerequisite is the ability to work remotely. If you carry out your profession in smartworking, whatever it is, this experience is absolutely for you.
There is no age limit, we believe that age is actually just a number, the important thing is to have the right mood to go through this kind of experience.
If we have to look at the data, the participants in our experiences are between 25 and 35 years old on average.
