The common fund is used to meet all expenses involved:
- Spending on shared food at home (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
- All meals that you decide to consume in restaurants
- gasoline for the vehicles for the various tours
- the coordinator's common fund
By average the common box is around €150 per week for both the Portugal and Canary Islands experiences.
Of course, it depends a lot on what you decide to do with the group.

All of our Harbors have a connection that allows all participants to work at their best no matter what work they have to do.
Certainly each facility offers reserved spaces where calls can be held.
Even in rooms there are often desks, and by organizing with roommates they can be used to conduct calls.
The experiences have a fixed duration because they are designed to activate certain dynamics for the participant and in the group.
A shorter period of stay can be considered upon request, but this option can be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. So in case you can't stay for the full duration but still want to participate, don't hesitate to contact us, we will be happy to help you.

Each facility has different accommodations. On average, rooms have 2 to 3 beds and certainly never more than 4.
Participants of the experience are listed on the site page. As soon as the trip is confirmed a Whatsapp group will be created where all participants will be placed and there you can start getting to know each other.
Transfers to and from the facility are not included. This is always because we want to allow each person the freedom to arrive at the facility as they prefer.
On the other hand, the Tribe Lead will give you as much support as possible in figuring out how you can reach the facility by providing the various options.
