Located near the dormant volcano Calderón Hondo, this stunning villa is just 10 minutes away from the most beautiful surf beaches of the island.

Can't wait to leave for the next Harbour! It was a wonderful experience, it really helped me a lot to balance working moments and moments of break and leisure (I was able to disconnect at 6pm, which never happened at home!). The atmosphere was relaxed, with light and positive vibes! I was able to concentrate very well, even in the hammock! And then it was wonderful to wake up to chirping every day! I had a good time with everyone, everything was organized very well and I'm happy that this reality exists, it can change the lives of many people 🙏🏻

I can only say that my stay at Creative Harbour in Larajes on Fuerteventura was simply amazing. The house is in a very convenient location with easy access to public transportation and its own parking lot. The surrounding area has everything you need for a comfortable stay including restaurants, supermarkets, volcanoes, skate parks and CrossFit studios.The service provided by the on-site community manager is simply fantastic. He organizes everything from surfing and kiting to transportation and offers a discount as well. The founders put a lot of effort into making every detail of the place perfect and it is constantly being improved.The facilities of the hostel are great. The rooms are either equipped with their own toilets or a shared bathroom (for 2 rooms), but it never caused any problems. The kitchen is well equipped and Alessandro, one of the founders, is an outstanding cook. The pool is perfect for cooling off during lunch breaks, and there are 20 yoga mats available for communal yoga sessions.I travel a lot and have stayed in over 60 hostels, but Creative Harbour is unique. The concept of a co-working and co-living hostel is perfectly executed, with decent desks and chairs, perfect network coverage, and a pleasant working environment. Unlike other hostels where there are often internet problems or noise that can affect concentration, Creative Harbour offers a perfect working environment. Also, the turnover in other hostels is annoying at some point, but at Creative Harbour you stay for at least a week.All in all, it was an outstanding experience to be there so soon after the first Creative Harbour Hostel opened. The spirit and mindset that has already arrived at the hostel made the stay something very special. I wish the founders all the best for the future and I'm looking forward to the next time!P.s.: Andre: Good luck as community manager. You are the best person for the job!P.p.s.: I fell in love with the Italian mentality! Miss u allready guys!

Creative Harbour blackrocks is a special place in Lajares, at the center of Fuerteventura. A beautiful co-working and co-living, exceptional cleaning and best services for those remote workers who want to enjoy the canary island. I recommend to spend some time surfing and walking on the backyards volcano, el Calderon Hondo. The community manager, Andrei, is a super nice guy always available to help.

Location

Lajares is a typical small village located in Fuerteventura, where everything you need is within a walking distance of 5 minutes (supermarket, pharmacy, ATM, bars and restaurants). The village architecture is charming and refined, with a pleasantly cool and windy climate. Discover all the wonderful surfing spots nearby the villa ranging from beginner to advanced level, and take a 10 minutes car ride to visit El Cotillo and Corralejo, where you can find clubs and nightlife for every taste. Within 5 minutes distance you’ll also find Calderón Hondo, an incredible dormant volcano where you can go trekking and hiking surrounded by majestic views.

Meet Andrei, your Harbour Community Manager

Hi, my name is Andrei and I am more years old than you might think! Born in Transylvania, raised in Brianza and now with a foot and a half in Fuerteventura. I have always been fascinated by the Canary Islands and the idea of living and working in a place with year-round sun and sea, so what better place than Harbour House? In my working life I have always been an app developer and for some strange reason I find it fun as well.
I only play sports to buffer the effects of one of my favorite hobbies, which is eating. Otherwise I am the kind of person with the idea that smiling does not solve problems but it is a very good place to start.

– We are sorry but we do not accept children.

– We will need a copy of your documents to register you as a guest in our facility to comply with government authority regulations.

Terms of cancellation

– 30 days or more in advance: 90% refund (we hold a 10% for administration fees)
– Up to 14 days in advance: 50% refund.
– Past 14 days: no refund.
