Taghazout: an office on the ocean
Designing a co-living and discovery experience in Morocco
In Taghazout, a fishing village on the Atlantic coast of Morocco, we took over an entire surf house and turned it into Cosmico's office for a week. People worked at their own pace, with mint tea at dawn and the sea in front of them. In the evening, sunset surf and Moroccan cuisine dinners, in a slice of Morocco far from the luxury of the riads. A week to work and get to know each other outside the usual spaces.
"I hadn't felt so relaxed and present in a long time, not even on my last holiday. Closing the laptop, grabbing the surfboard at sunset, tea at the end of the day, a book in the morning. Cosmico did me good once again."

In Taghazout you return to simplicity: closing the laptop, watching the sea, being present. A week like this puts that energy back into circulation, and the Cosmico colleagues came back with a different relationship with each other and with work. That's what we were looking for when we imagined these days.
