A medieval town for two hundred people
Organising a working co-living for a growing team
We've known Jet HR since they were just a few people. We've watched them grow — and this time they asked us to bring 200 people to the Tuscan hills, overlooking a medieval town. We turned six meeting rooms into a working co-working space and organized a talent show, yoga sessions, padel, and five-a-side soccer. Days spent working and living together in the same place.
Every year, a bigger retreat
Growing fast requires moments to stop and see how far you've come. Two hundred people performing in a talent show in front of their colleagues are doing something no company meeting can produce: they're showing themselves for who they are, not for what they do. That's how a company culture takes shape. Our job is to design the moments where that happens.
