Pausing before the leap

Tundr manages welfare benefits for 2,000 Italian companies and over 100,000 employees, growing 200% a year for the past three years. We brought them to Agriturismo Montebelli, among olive groves and vineyards in the Tuscan Maremma, for three days outside Milan. The first day was dedicated to a company-wide meeting to review results and discuss the direction for the months ahead. The next day, three hands-on workshops - AI Build Day, Marketing Lab, Speed Selling - alternated with lighter moments: table tennis and a football match that started on its own.

Eleven days after the retreat, Tundr closed an €11.6M Series A round. Before that, the team had three days to step away from their screens and reconnect outside the office. They came back more connected than when they left, ready to take the next step together.
