Dove.it is Italy's first zero-commission digital real estate agency for sellers. We took them to Lake Garda and put them on a sailboat.
First the basics: navigation, safety, wind. Then the real regatta. On a boat there are no meetings, slides or fixed roles. There's only the changing wind and a team that has to figure out how to move together.
Some dynamics only emerge when you step outside your usual environment.
Dove.it often works remotely, across different territories. On Lake Garda the team found themselves on the same boat, working on goals and company values. After this experience, they returned to work with stronger relationships and a clearer direction.
