Full-circle organisation of a retreat on the island of Stromboli.
Geopop had shot a documentary on Stromboli. We chose to take the team right there: to the island of the volcano, to the place they had already told the world about. Three days to realign, reconnect and build a shared direction. At the heart of the experience was a workshop inspired by the Hero's Journey: each person told their own story and helped build a shared "compass", a practical reference for future decisions.
"We structured the experience as a narrative. We drew inspiration from the hero's journey model: setting out on an adventure, facing trials, overcoming them and returning transformed."
Usually it's Geopop that takes people to discover the world.
On Stromboli, they took the reverse journey. The team came back with a route built together and a clarity about who they are and where they're going that Stromboli, somehow, made possible.
