ISAAC develops seismic protection systems. We took them to Borgo Il Poggiaccio, in the province of Siena, for three days. On day one they were split into teams, with a tight budget and a cardboard car to build and race. On day two they faced the company values written a year earlier, with one objective: translating them into concrete behaviors, recognizable in everyday work.
A culture that becomes experience
A year earlier ISAAC had already written their values. At Borgo Il Poggiaccio they understood how to use them. We design retreats to do exactly this: to turn a shared vision into something people recognise in their everyday work.
