A high-altitude retreat for a growing team
The Koala BabyCare team had been through months of intense pressure. Courmayeur was the choice: a place far from the office, where the mountain sets the pace. High-altitude activities to recharge connections. Work sessions to share priorities and think together about the phase they were going through.
