Coverzen wanted a retreat that could truly put the team to the test. We went to Cogne, in the Aosta Valley, and built days filled with challenges and activities far from the routine, designed to bring out sides of people that everyday work leaves in the shadows.

In the Aosta Valley we took people out of their familiar context and put them in front of new situations, where responsiveness and mutual trust are what count. That's where a team sees itself for how it really works. We design every activity knowing that what happens outside the office reshapes relationships inside the office too.
