Jet HR: a retreat in Florence to build a team
Planning and logistics for a retreat for a fast-growing team
Jet HR's OPS team had grown fast. Lots of new arrivals, little time to truly get to know each other. We designed two days in Florence to bridge that gap. At the centre, a fully customised treasure hunt: a digital app, paper maps, clues hidden in the alleys and iconic spots of the historic centre, involving local businesses. In the evening, still all together: a karaoke tournament to close the day.
When we design a retreat, we choose every moment with a purpose
Florence was part of the plan. The alleys, the shops, the iconic spots of the historic centre become working material when you know how to use them. We built a programme where the city itself put people in motion, side by side, outside the roles they hold at their desks.
